Change Control |
|
A project is a constantly moving target. Things change on a regular basis. Whilst some have an impact on the cost or time, others are changes that may not. For example, it may be proposed to change a training location from one branch office to another. The fact a change is proposed means there has to be an approval process, and the change needs to be given to someone to implement. In other words the change needs to be tracked or subject to change control. This area of Project Administrator is for the change management. It records the justification for the change and the impact. It even shows the status from proposed to either approved or rejected, and if approved who it is allocated to. |

Below are a number of white papers which relate to managing change and change control.
