Quality Assurance Planning

During the project, certain scheduled quality assurance (QA) activities or events should be undertaken as part of a quality assurance plan. These may include inspections of code or documents, testing of materials, computer modeling, walkthroughs of code, peer review, formal review by a QA department, or testing. Each of these events generates quality items which are allocated to a person or persons for completion of action items by a certain date. Project quality assurance can be logged and tracked through the quality assurance software function in PA.

For each quality item you can have one or more action items. These action items, together with all other actions, all go into the one bucket for the project.
