It is sometimes necessary to make amendments during the approval process. The approval body may want to change some aspects of your plan. If you feel strongly about the amendment, and have a valid reason, by all means argue your case. If it is a sensible suggestion (or direction) make the amendments and get the approval as quickly as possible.

If all solutions are rejected, move to the project closure phase as soon as possible.
