During
the training seek feedback on the process in case there are
any problems that have not been identified. It often
happens in modeling processes that there are situations that
never come to light until the process is implemented. If this
does happen, review the process and understand how the anomalies
will be handled. Look for the "But what about..." comments.
Once formal training is complete, and the process change
is implemented, the trainer should spend time with staff to
understand any problems and address any issues. This may require
anywhere from a few hours to a few days depending on the complexity
of the change.
