The report is a collection of the information gathered during
the phase. It should cover what and how the business processes
were mapped and which were selected for implementation before
Go Live. In addition to covering the implementation it should
indicate which processes were not completely successful and
what was done to rectify the situation.
It will be combined with the Configuration and Customisation
Report to provide input to the decision as to whether implementation
is ready to proceed. It also serves as a record of the work
done to modify business processes in order to use the new
application.
