Configuration and Customisation

• Configuration & Customisation Report
• Plan for Implementation

1. Review Configuration & Customisation Report and Business Process Report for completeness and accuracy
2. Review the plan for the next phase
3. Review Issue, Risk and Action logs for any significant problems
4. Get authorisation from the Sponsor to move to the next phase

• Agreement from the Sponsor to move to the Implementation Phase

Before moving to the next phase, the Sponsor should review the work undertaken in this phase to ensure it is complete and accurate. They should give written sign off to the project - or potential project - to move to the next stage.

This is not a duplication of the work undertaken in the signoff of Configuration and Customisation activity. That activity was focused on Business agreeing that all the work they required to be completed to tailor the application to meet their needs, was now complete. Now that the application is tailored to meet those Business needs, and we have prepared a plan as to how implementation will take place, should we move to the next stage.
